Privacy policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy describes what data is processed when you use nodeic.pl, for what purpose, and what rights you have.
01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Nodeic Marcin Rapacz, based in Kraków, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 7352844284, REGON 544760379. Contact for data protection matters: marcin_04@onet.eu.
02Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, I process your e-mail address and the content of your message — solely to reply to your inquiry and handle further correspondence. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the correspondence leads towards a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Messages are delivered to the controller's e-mail inbox and kept for as long as needed to handle the correspondence, and no longer than required for potential claims or legal obligations.
03Statistics — Google Analytics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), this site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. The tool collects pseudonymous data about how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and events such as clicks.
Google Analytics scripts are downloaded only after you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (button at the bottom of this page) — withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision regarding the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
04Cookies and browser storage
The site stores in your browser: your language preference, your analytics consent decision, and — after consent — Google Analytics cookies (_ga and related, kept for up to 2 years). You can remove these entries at any time in your browser settings.
05Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to marcin_04@onet.eu.
06Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers operating the site: the hosting provider (server in the EU), the e-mail provider, and — after analytics consent — Google. Data is not sold and is not used for automated decision-making.
Consent management
You can change your analytics consent decision here at any time — your current choice is highlighted.
